When our new outpatient specialty center opens in Lubbock, WTVS will transition to a new referral workflow powered by Instinct.The new system will provide referring veterinary teams with a streamlined way to submit referrals, share patient records, and communicate with WTVS. No action is required from referring practices at this time. We will provide instructions and access information before the transition.Until then, please continue using Timeless for all WTVS referrals.
